My hi-hat and ride are from the x10 series which create the metal aggressiveness I’m looking for, next the rage 10 china it makes it easy for me to play and not worry about my cymbals cutting through the mix or reaching the people in the back of a venue. Last but not least I use the solo pro 10 splash dead center on my rack for an aggressive contrast to my crashes.”
